How to Prepare a Song for Distribution

You must prepare your song prior to uploading it for distribution. See the list below for how to prepare the song.
1. The upload form requires an .mp3 file. We also require a .wav file of your song. You will need to use something like wetransfer.com to send it to us at [email protected]. Include your name on the transfer.
2. Prior to upload, listen to the song in its ENTIRETY. Insure the ending of the song does not have more than 3 seconds of silence. Trim the end of the song and remove any silence over 3 seconds. Always use your fader control to end each track with a smooth fade out.
3. Check the amplitude of your song. Use a limiter effect on the output bus to limit the output of the song to no more than -3db. Many distribution services will reject your song if the output exceeds this value.

5. You artwork for the single or album must be 3000px X 3000px. Insure the image is exactly that size. If not, you will need to fix it and resend it to us.
