To be considered for a Sync Opportunity, you must first upload your song. Then your song must be approved. If approved, your song will be submitted to our public/global database where appx 800 sync supervisors search for music for TV, TV Ads, Gaming, Movies, etc.

Follow the steps below to submit your song for consideration for pitch opportunities.

1. When you login, you are directed to the "Secure Members" page. Here you can view details about your currently uploaded songs and the songs we have submitted for Sync Opportunities.

2. Click "Upload Songs". You will be taken to the Song Upload form.

3. Start at the top of the form and read the instructions.

4. Start entering your songs MetaData first by clicking the button that shows "Add/Edit MetaData".

e. Note** You will only have to enter the Writer one time. After that, for other songs entered, clicking the Writer box will show you all names and you can select the writer.

f. NOTE** ALL FIELDS MUST BE COMPLETED. Sync licensing supervisors are VERY STRICK about the MetaData you submit and may not consider you if information is missing.

8. Notes TAB

a. Read the Placeholder information and write what ever you want following the guidelines.

b. Click DONE

9. Full Song File (MP3 Only): It says WAV also, but there are technical reason why you should not use WAV files. Click the "Choose file" button. The same rules apply for uploading .mp3 files. No NON-ALPHANUMERIC characters. A-Z, a-z, 0-9.

10. Instrumental File: If you have one, great. If not we will create it for you.

11. Click the "Load & Preview" button.

12. Follow the procedure at the top of this form for the creation of your 10 and 30 second clips.

13. If all is well, Click the Upload to Library button

14. To return to the members home page, simply click "Home" in the menu on top of the page. You uploaded songs will be listed on your home page with a status of pending. After evaluation, if you song passes, the status will change to "Accepted". Your song will then be submitted to our work queue to be entered into our global database.

We send you a very nice song listing page after 8 to 10 songs have been entered for sync opportunities. You will receive one each month along with a status report.

Note** For the song listing page, you will need to email a professional photo of you for the background of the page. Email it to [email protected].
