Can AI Music Be Copyrighted?

It is crucial to understand that if you generate full lyrics using our AI Lyric Writer tool, they are NOT eligible for copyright.
Why? I will provide you with a general explanation.
Did you ever think about how AI works? AI is a computer application that is linked to many, many very large databases. These databases contain everything on earth that you can think of. We are discussing lyrics so this what I will write about.
Songwriters and Artists music is typically copyrighted. Those songs and lyrics live in one or more of the large databases discussed above. When you tell AI to write you a song about ...... , it pulls needed information "other lyrics already written by someone", from the database(s). The issue here is those lyrics being pulled may be copyrighted. There are many lawsuits in progress over copyright infringement.
This is why you should only use AI as a tool to help you get ideas. You must rewrite AI generated lyrics to get them copyrighted. Never submit AI generated lyrics directly to us without rewriting them. Music industry Pros will not accept AI generated music or lyrics.
